Herongate Barn Theatre Venue Sponsor 100WomenAPW

What a beautiful summer evening!

Our 3rd quarterly meeting of 100 Women Who Care Ajax | Pickering | Whitby was a memorable giving event!

A big 100 Women thank you to our venue sponsor Herongate Barn Theater, the venue was gorgeous, and the service was fantastic.
Herongate surprised us by donating a Dinner and Show door prize!

Herongate Barn Theater has an excellent fundraising program, not to mention the dinner and show are a must see! Great local talent and entertainment.

We heard from three very deserving charities:
Distress Centre Durham – Stacey Leadbetter
nominated by Victoria
Simcoe Hall Settlement House – Elizabeth Fernandes nominated by Lisa
Epilepsy Durham Region – Chelsea Kerstens
nominated by Sandy

As always the presentations were insightful and moving, hitting home how great the need is in our community.

All are worthwhile charities, and we would love to give the money to all. However, the members voted, and the WINNING charity is Epilepsy Durham Region!
