Together we gathered for a night of giving, on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 for our 4th and final meeting of 2019! 

A big #100WomenAPW thank you to Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac for hosting our meeting. President and Owner, Mary Nurse and her team went over and above to accommodate our group including the donation of wine and an additional cash donation.

We were very grateful for the generous donation of appetizers and treats for our members from Wanda at Shrimp Cocktail. The perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine! Be sure to check out the restaurant for lunch or dinner, polished and classy seafood at its best. #community #giveback

Autism Home Base Durham nominated by Susan. We heard from CEO Judy Hanson joined by Derek Thiel, who’s 24-year-old brother Robbie is on the spectrum. Derek shared with us the impact Autism Home Base has on his family, providing support and events for both Robbie and the family to participate. An invaluable community is filling a need for adults living with autism.
