MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL *
I Acknowledge the Membership RENEWAL Process:
Moving forward after I have completed my commitment for one year of participation (four meetings), I will automatically be re-enrolled in the ongoing membership list.
Alternatively, after my year commitment is complete, if I wish to be removed from the membership list, I will send an email to the Committee at info@100womenwhocareapw.ca.
I also acknowledge that my name will come off the membership list if I fail to donate to the chosen charity.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT*
As a member of 100+ Women Who Care, I agree to the following:
1) Be a member for a year.
2) Make four $100 donations to four different charities chosen by the majority of the group.
3) Send my eTransfer to payments@100Womenwhocareapw.ca within 24 hours of each meeting. Alternatively, I can pay in advance for the year. Please email the committee to arrange at info@100womenwhocareapw.ca.
4) Fill out an online Regrets Form if I cannot attend a meeting; if I have sent my eTransfer I can vote via proxy.
