In our community, hundreds of local charities provide essential services, often with limited resources. At each of our meetings, members have the opportunity to nominate a charity that holds special significance to them. Through a live Facebook draw, three of these nominated charities are selected to present their mission in a brief five-minute presentation. After hearing these pitches, each member casts their vote. The charity with the most support is awarded the title of “Charity of Choice,” receiving a powerful collective donation that can exceed $10,000+, making a significant impact on their ability to serve those in need.
